The funds raised through the platform are intended exclusively for funeral and burial expenses and may not be used for other purposes, including but not limited to medical bills, debts, or other financial obligations.

4. Fund Collection and Disbursement The funds collected through the platform will be used to make direct payments to the chosen funeral home for the necessary item or items. The campaign owner must provide a valid government-issued ID as part of the request process for the funeral home to receive the funds. This requirement is crucial to ensuring proper disbursement and avoiding fraudulent activities. We may request additional documentation or verification as necessary to confirm the legitimacy of the fundraiser.

5. Fees and Payments Life Friendsurance, LLC. charges a reasonable fee to cover operational costs. Details of these fees are transparently displayed on our fees page. The fees are non-refundable, and by using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these charges. We reserve the right to adjust our fees at any time, and any changes will be communicated to users in advance.

6. User Conduct Users of the platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities. This includes but is not limited to misrepresenting information, attempting to hack the website, engaging in any form of harassment, or using the platform to promote activities that violate local, state, or federal laws. Users who are found to be engaging in such conduct may have their account suspended or terminated, and legal action may be taken against them.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably, but in the event that a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration as described in the Governing Law section below.

10. Account Suspension and Termination Life Friendsurance, LLC. reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account that violates our Terms and Conditions, engages in any form of misconduct, or poses a risk to the security and integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts are terminated may be prohibited from re-registering on the platform, and any remaining funds in their account may be withheld.
