Terms of Service
Welcome to LifeFriendSurance, LLC—a Roundup-powered, donation-supported platform that helps individuals and communities prepare financially for final farewell expenses. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below, which govern your use of the platform and ensure a secure, transparent, and compassionate experience for all users.
Welcome to LifeFriendsurance. By using our platform, you agree to the Terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. What LifeFriendsurance Is
LifeFriendsurance is a Roundup-enabled, community-support platform designed to help individuals proactively plan and accumulate funds for final farewell-related expenses in advance through:
Self-gift spare-change Roundups to final farewell campaigns
Gifts from friends, family, and supporters
Final farewell item gifting
Optional annual self-gifting
We are not a bank or an insurance company; we do not sell policies, and we do not issue cash payouts. Our purpose is to help you and your community build a dedicated farewell fund with transparency, security, and dignity.
2. Who Can Use LifeFriendsurance
To open or support a campaign, you must:
Be 18 or older
Provide accurate information
Use the platform responsibly
We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these requirements.
3. How Funding Works
LifeFriendsurance operates on a $1 per month membership with an optional voluntary tip to support the platform.
Roundups & Contributions
You and your supporters may:
Connect cards to save spare change and contribute to the chosen campaigns
Donate directly
Gift final farewell items
Contribute through simple one-time or recurring gifts
Where the Contributions Go
All contributions are processed through secure third-party payment processors, which deduct standard transaction fees (typically approximately 2.9% plus $0.30 per donation). Net proceeds are routed to a for-benefit-of (FBO) custodial account, where funds are held by the payment processor in a secure and compliant manner as part of their normal operations.
4. Platform Sustainability ($1 per month and Optional Tips)
Users may choose to leave:
A voluntary tip with any contribution.
A suggested $12 yearly self-gift for individuals and $120 for organizations to support campaign goals.
5. How Funds Are Disbursed
Secure Transfers
Funds are disbursed to the fundraiser organizer, the designated beneficiary’s personal or business bank account, or directly to an approved farewell service provider for eligible condolence gift items.
Transparency Through Our Platform
Campaign holders receive secure, direct access to their member dashboard, allowing them to:
View balances
Track growth
Download statements
Monitor disbursements
Documentation Required
To release funds, the campaign holder must provide:
A valid government-issued ID
Proof of passing
Any additional verification required by the provider
6. Post-Final Farewell Support (30 Days)
For one month after the final farewell, supporters may send gifts directly to the family through a temporary support page. These funds go to the beneficiary—not to the campaign account.
7. Processing Fees
Li.
Standard third-party card processing fees apply and are deducted automatically.
8. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
Misuse or misrepresentation of campaigns
Use funds for personal expenses

Violation may result in account removal.
